Shipping & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from HQ Off Road.


The majority of our products over $199.99 ship free.  Some exclusions apply. And we ship from our locations closest to you when possible.  Some large freight items the freight will be calculated after the original purchase has been made.  For Example (Roll Cages, Some Bumpers, Armor, Crate Axle Assemblies, Etc)



Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours 8:00am to 5:00pm CST.

Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within one business day. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are processed the next business day.

Custom products or specialty items that are build to order may require additional lead time for delivery depending production schedule and location.

We will notify you if a product is build to order, the timeline until it ships. We do our best to update this information directly on the product pages. 



Domestic US orders ship UPS, FedEx, and USPS. 

Truck Freight orders for large items are most often shipped through UPS Freight, SAIA, OLD DOMION OR FEDEX FREIGHT.

Expedited shipping is available. Please call to request expedited shipping. International shipping is available for most of our products. Please call for international orders.



We ship from a warehouse closest to you. As well as, direct from the manufacture. Build to order products are drop shipped direct from the manufacture to speed up the delivery process.




If you received an item that is damaged, defective, missing, wrong item, or an incorrect quantity, call us immediately within 3 days of acceptance of delivery at (228) 806-5242 so we can work with you to resolve it.

If you receive a product that is damaged by a freight carrier (USP, FedEx or others) please reject the delivery and contact us at (228) 806-5242.



Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns on unused products. We do our best to provide hassle free returns.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 10 days of the original purchase date, or received date depending on the shipping timeline to returning or exchanging your unused product.

There are no returns on electrical items, special orders such as build to order products. Discontinued items will be evaluated to determine if the product can be returned. Wheels and tire returns need to be non-mounted. If a wheel has been mounted it cannot be returned unless it has a manufacturing defect.

Some returns may be charged a 5% to 18% handling fee. Not all returns will be charged. This is determined on a case by case basis.

While a lot of our products have free shipping, if you return an item the original shipping that we paid to ship the item to you will NOT be refunded.  Purchaser must pay return shipping in most cases.

Return request need to be submitted using the attached form, so we can issue an RMA. Please include original packaging and a copy of your invoice or receipt.

Race Only and Non-DOT tires do not carry a warranty by the manufacture. Returns due to defects would follow the above return policy. 

All returns must be in original UNPAINTED, UNMODIFIED, UNUSED/UNINSTALLED CONDITION. If you send an item back that does not meet these guidelines you will have the option of paying to ship it back to you or having us dispose of the item with no refund



Your return form and RMA if / when we provide you with one, need to be included inside your return packaging so we can match your product to your return & account orders.

If we don’t know who the package came from, we can’t refund you!
